These Terms apply to your use of this website and purchases from LBRY Pty Ltd (ABN 12 687 884 797).

Who you are contracting with
When you buy from this website, you are buying from LBRY Pty Ltd as the Australian distributor and seller for products supplied through this site.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Product use is part of the agreement
The Litefar H1 smart electric wagon is a motorised consumer product. By purchasing and using it, you agree to operate it safely and in accordance with the Safety & Usage Disclaimer and the Battery Safety & Charging Policy published on this website and supplied with the product.

Designed for moving gear, not living things
The product is designed for transporting goods only. It is not designed, endorsed, or recommended for transporting people or animals.

Real-world performance depends on conditions
Any stated performance figures (including range, slope behaviour, braking feel, speed, charging time, and remote-control performance) can vary based on load, terrain, slope, tyre condition, temperature, battery condition, and user operation.

Water resistance is not waterproofing
If the product or components are described as water resistant or assigned an IP rating, this does not mean waterproof, submersible, or suitable for high-pressure washing.

Orders, pricing, and errors
We may decline or cancel an order if this is reasonably necessary (for example: suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an obvious pricing error). If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

No unauthorised modifications
Do not modify, disassemble, or bypass safety features (including battery, controls, wiring, or braking systems). Unauthorised modifications can create serious safety risks and may affect warranty/ACL assessment.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability where it cannot be limited under law, including ACL consumer guarantees.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree that the courts of Victoria, Australia, have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
